Home/School Partnership & Agreement
Together we belong, develop character and achieve excellence
Working together for every child
At Benton Park, we believe the most powerful driver of student success is a strong partnership between home and school. When we work together—sharing high expectations, consistent messages, and timely communication—students attend more regularly, behave more positively, feel they belong, and achieve more highly. This partnership sits at the heart of our vision:
“Together we belong, develop character and achieve excellence.” It means:
-
Together: Parents/carers, students, and staff collaborate, communicate openly, and solve problems early.
-
Belong: Every child is known, safe, included, and supported to take part in the full life of the school.
-
Develop character: Kindness, resilience and responsibility are modelled at home and at school.
-
Achieve excellence: High standards for learning, behaviour, attendance and effort are understood and upheld by everyone.
Our Home/School Agreement sets out clear, shared commitments so that every child experiences the consistency they need to thrive.
