Rewards
At Benton Park we want to motivate all students to do well. Students who follow our Uniform, In Lesson and Around School Expectations will be rewarded with stamps – our school reward system. All rewards earned count towards earning weekly, half-termly and termly prizes including reward trips and our Year 11 Prom. We will be rewarding students for displaying our school values of Endeavour, Resilience, Inspiration, Collaboration and Compassion. Each value reward will be worth one point. For the student, in every lesson, who displays our values the most they will receive a Golden Ticket, this is worth 15 points.
If students complete a week with 100% attendance without any sanctions, they will achieve a clean slate which will be worth 25 points. All positive communication home, whether that be an email, phone call or postcard will achieve 15 points.
Students can also be rewarded with stamps for their effort and achievement in lessons and for their contribution to school.
Sanctions
At Benton Park we want all students to be able to reach their full potential and to encourage all students to make the right choice in ensuring they follow the correct Uniform, In Lesson and Around School Expectations.
Students choosing not to follow the Uniform, In Lesson and Around School Expectations will be sanctioned in the following ways:

| On-Call Removal | An On-Call Removal is recorded on ClassCharts and will be communicated via EduLink. Students will receive a 30 minute same day detention. | 10 |
| Two On-Call Removals in one day. | Students will be placed into Supervised Study for 6 periods and will complete a one-hour same day detention. | 20

Students are encouraged to make the right choice to ensure that the issue is rectified quickly at the lowest possible level.
A student who fails to attend an After School Detention will automatically have this sanction doubled, eventually leading to 6 periods in Supervised Study.
At Benton Park we want students to have a positive experience and we work with students to ensure they have a positive Attitude to Learning.
