Cheerleading Competition
March 2009

16 Girls from years 7 to 10 took part in the recent Leeds Aviator All Stars Cheerleading competition held at the University..…..  and won!! 

They were up against stiff competition from a wide variety of Leeds’ high schools but they’re expertise and brilliant performance made them stand out as the best. 

Their up-beat routine included various tracks such as ‘Standing in the way of control’ by The Gossip, Pink’s ‘You and your hand’ and ‘Apple bottom jeans’ by Flo rida.

The troupe consisted of (in no particular order):
Pheobe Moule, Daisy Shelton, Amy Lightowler, Emily Exall, Kayleigh Platt, Eve Martel, Emily Buchanan, Natalia Kurasinski, Libby Ruck,
Robyn Thompson, Kate Johnstone, Sophie Ellis, Cerys Cowley,
Olivia Rostron, Sally Cook, Holly Crossland

All the girls are now practising hard and looking forward to their next competition which is in May.
