Trip Photos - Rome, Italy, 30 September – 7 October 2007

34 students from years 10 – 13 and four members of staff had the most fabulous visit to Italy. As unbelievable as it may seem, we managed to see most of the major tourist sites in Rome in 3 days – St Peter’s, the Vatican Museum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Forum, Victor Emmanuel Monument, Keats-Shelley House, Galleria Borghese and Ostia Antica.

Half way through the week we moved from Rome by coach to the Bay of Naples and stayed in a most delightful hotel in Vico Equense. Using this as a base we managed to get to Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento and all along the Amalfi Coast to Paestum.

The students we took were absolutely fantastic. They never put a foot wrong throughout the whole week and they were delightful company. It is a huge thanks to them for making it a wonderful experience for one and all.
